Singles Limited, a leading privately-held online dating company established in 1999, seeks an Affiliate Marketing Director to be responsible and take charge in October for its new affiliate program in starting in November> we are now looking for the best Marketing Director we can find to service the most comprehensive affiliate services with the highest revenues. At present we pre-screen affiliates in order to select the best who are clambering to get into the new program, which we anticipate to increase by a further 2 million revenue in the coming 12 months.

The applicant will be working closely and exclusively with the other Directors, enthusiasm and hard work are rewarded with an unusually high wage and incentive.

Responsibilities

To recruit the cream of affiliates through existing leads as well as, e-mail and telephone outreach
Create &^%$#$^ relationships with affiliate managers from other dating agencies and organisations.
Maintain daily communications with affiliates.
To ensure quality control during the setup procedures with other staff.
Identify other opportunities to increase traffic.
Continually provide affiliates with new incentives, new marketing messages, and new advertisements.
Arrange pres releases and other promotional ideas
Manage external advertising pay per click and affiliate other networks like Commission Junction.
Deliver reports to upper management of results.
To visit our other offices worldwide to give seminars, to also attend worldwide events.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate should have the following:
Experience managing a dating dot com Affiliate program preferred.
Must have previous experience in Online Marketing.
Must have strong written and communication skills.
Must be customer-service oriented. Sales experience is a plus.
You should be extremely detail-oriented, able to multi-task and possess a strong work ethic.

Hi Robert

Hope all is well with new site updates and all goes well at conference.

I am attend at conference for Rich Goss in Melbourne on 29Jan06

I will also be assisting David Newton do a small one later in Feb in Melbourne.

Will be assisting look after 400 guests. I wll get to speak for a few minuites and be able to hand out cards and will be recruiting agents.

Robert I would love to speak with you confidentially about ideas and offline software for your offline services. What I have will do more than you need.

I'm tempted to apply for the job but am very involved in projects. I also would love to redo my site and software and add a few more unique singles sites.
